Getting Started Tutorial

Use this quick tutorial to configure PinCode Checkout Control and start applying pincode-based checkout rules.

Step 1: Open the App

Install the app in your Shopify store and open it from the Shopify admin Apps section. The dashboard shows your current store and two rule sections.

Step 2: Add Payment Rules

In Payment Method Rules, add a pincode, enter the exact payment method title used at checkout, choose the action, and save the rule.

You can also import payment rules in bulk using a CSV file.

Step 3: Add Non-Serviceable Pincodes

In Non-Serviceable Pincodes, enter a pincode and an optional reason, then save it. You can also import non-serviceable areas from CSV.

Step 4: Sync Checkout

After creating or importing rules, use the checkout sync action if needed so the latest rule configuration is pushed to Shopify.

Step 5: Test Checkout

Go through checkout using an address with a matching pincode. Confirm that the expected payment methods are hidden or shown and that blocked pincodes behave as configured.
